Do you have unorganised shared files across Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive?
Charities manage large volumes of sensitive data – from personal and financial details, to funding activities – which must be properly governed to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. While many organisations have adopted cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, poor information management often hinders staff productivity, decision-making, and the full benefits of AI tools like Copilot. Poorly managed information can also leave organisations exposed to risk through lack of compliance with GDPR and other regulatory obligations.
Join us on Thursday 10th July for our next Charity Technology Leaders roundtable at Microsoft London to discover practical ways to better manage and structure your information. We’ll also be joined by our partner and information management experts, Metataxis, who will share expert advice and an example of how they helped a major charity overcome these challenges.
We will cover areas such as:
- What are the first steps you can take to move toward better managed information and governance?
- What does a good information strategy and governance framework look like?
- How can you tackle the Teams vs SharePoint vs OneDrive information sharing problem?
- How do you structure your information to drive business value from M365?
