Our Virtual IT Directors take ultimate accountability for the IT function at the organisations they represent and provide your business with the IT Leadership it needs. They are happy and able to report to Exec level.
Our IT Managers implement and track KPIs using our IT Health Scorecard framework, which we have developed over 10 years of working in this model to maximise your return on investment and ensuring IT is kept in a healthy state, backed up with Management Information to track risks and priorities in non-technical language.
The service is flexible by design; typically the first few months may need more time to set up or improve processes or systems, then it can scale back to a lower number of days to ensure the service is always at the right level and cost.
