Would you like to learn more about how to run your IT Helpdesk, including best practice, reporting, and building a good team culture?
Join us on Tuesday 11 February 2025 for our first Charity Technology Roundtable of 2025, hosted with Microsoft Tech for Social Impact at Microsoft London Paddington.
Our roundtables provide a relaxed, safe space to meet your peers working at other large charities, share best practice and learn from other organisations.
The topic of this roundtable will be around how to run your IT Helpdesk. We will discuss key areas such as:
- What does a ‘good’ IT helpdesk look like, and how should it be structured?
- What automation and self-help initiatives can you implement to reduce the number of tickets?
- What reports should be in place to give oversight of the health of the service?
- What cost-saving opportunities, discounts etc are there for running a helpdesk in the nonprofit sector?
- How can we strengthen collaboration with other departments to better understand and address recurring IT issues?
Spaces are limited to 20 people to encourage discussion and collaboration. The event is completely free to attend and will include lunch & refreshments.
Who is the event for?
This event is open to all charity leaders and managers; it is not just for technology professionals.
